Winter Charcuterie Board with opal apples, red holiday grapes, prosciutto, jamon serrano, and salami’s.

Ingredients

  • 1 opal apple; sliced
  • 2 strawberries; sliced
  • 6 slices of jamon serrano
  • 6 slices of prosciutto
  • 6 slices dry aged red wine salami
  • 6 slices peppered salami
  • 12 lemon zing pistachios
  • 4 slices blood orange
  • 6 red holiday grapes
  • 6 castelvetrano olives
  • 4 kalamata olives
  • 6 slices parmesan regianno
  • 6 slices pecorino 
  • 6 slices english cheddar
  • 12 slices toasted baguette bread

Instructions

  1. Place the meats on the board in different places. 
  2. Add the cheese around those meat that pair specifically with those meats.
  3. Top with the fruits near the cheeses that they compliment.
  4. Butter and toast the bread. 
  5. Place the bread, olives, and nuts on the board. 
  6. Serve with wine or cider.
