And many more delicious eats

This book never leaves my bedside stand. The French Chicken Stew with Polenta Fried Potatoes is hands down one of my favorites in the book. This recipe is simple to make yet the flavors a re completely complex and amaze the senses. The second dish in this book which I find wonderful for spring and summer is the Melon Salad with Campari and Macadamia Nuts. This will complement well with a good white fish and white wine for dinner by poolside. Plenty of pictures which is a number one in my book. All about the visual aspect when cooking. This book is a must have!
