Meatballs from Ikea topped in gravy and steamed easily in the instant pot.
- Place 1 1/2 cups water into the instant pot. Place trivet inside the pot. Pour in frozen meatballs. Turn valve to closed position. Set to high pressure for 6 minutes. Once the instant pot stops counting quick release pressure.
- Remove meatballs from instant pot. Add additional water as directed on gravy package. Set to saute mode. Pour in gravy mix. Whisk often and let come to a boil. Once the gravy thickens turn off heat.
- Serve meatballs topped with gravy and a side of lingonberry jam.
