This book is very detailed and I really loved that about it. This book has plenty of pictures. Recipes include: beer butt chicken, red mullet over zucchini with jumbo shrimp, octopus, leberkas, Tuscan tenderloin pot, garlic baguettes, rye bread, noodle casserole, and lasagna. The first one that popped out at me was the Tuscan tenderloin in which is a must make. It was wonderful! Next on my list will be the octopus. This fantastic book for the grill master in your house or a friend that doesn’t leave the backyard.
