Yield 4 Servings
In a skillet, add olive oil and bring to medium heat. Add chicken. Top with vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and spices. Flip chicken and repeat. Cook until chicken is done and golden on top.
For Cucumber Salad:
Cut tomatoes into quarters. Cut cucumbers into wedges. Slice red onion into rounds and then place all three in a bowl. In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, and spices. Pour over salad and toss.
For Tzatziki Sauce:
In a bowl, add in greek yogurt with lemon juice and spices. Whisk well! Serve on the side with the chicken and cucumber salad for dipping sauce.
