It’s is definitely feeling like summer here in Texas after a week of rain. I am already missing the rain 🙂 The daughter and I are looking forward to visiting Dealey Plaza next week for some adventures in the city on our little roadtrip. Tell me who like’s Dr. Pepper Floats?
Right now we have been on the go, swimming, festivals and so much more. To make it easy we grab her favorite drink of all time and a snack from Walmart. We refuel with SNICKERS® and Dr Pepper! Today we did a shopping road trip. This where we drive through a few towns and look at thrift stores. I like to look for pieces for my photography and she likes to look for adorable dresses, clothing we can restyle and in general it’s a fun way to hang out. She grabs her Dr Pepper and we both grab SNICKERS® for an on the go snack to refuel so we can push through to dinner.
On our next road trip we plan to package a lunch with Dr Pepper and SNICKERS® with some Italian pressed sandwiches for fun in the city. I am going to take her to see Dealey Plaza and the rest of the Kennedy Memorials in downtown Dallas. Might have to even do the tour of the school book depository. I’ve been in Texas for a grip and yet to visit it. We are going to have lunch on the grass knoll. It will definitely be an experience.
After we get back from road trips she loves to make floats. This time she was all to excited to get to make a Dr Pepper float. So here you have it folks her version of a Dr Pepper float.
