Do you have memories of delicious, wholesome pudding from your childhood? I do! My grandmother on my father’s side used to make rice with milk and cinnamon sugar. I would just love to eat it by the gallons! This summer I am creating new memories with Kozy Shack® Pudding making something similar to what my grandma used to make.

August 9th was National Rice Pudding Day, but if you missed it there is no need to worry. We all know that pudding can be enjoyed every day of the year! In honor of this holiday, I created this delicious and light dessert for my my family. It is super simple, but don’t let that fool you. It is packed tons and tons of cinnamon and sweet flavor. I love the added bonus this is a GLUTEN FREE dessert.
CINNAMON SUGAR RICE PUDDING CUPS
Yield 1 Bowl
Rice pudding topped with cinnamon sugar.
- ½ cup Kozy Shack® Pudding
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
- Place rice pudding into a bowl.
- Grate cinnamon from the cinnamon stick over the top.
- Drizzle sugar over the top and serve cold.
