Description

Blood orange salad topped with red onions and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red leaf lettuce; washed
  • 1 red onion; sliced one round
  • 2 tablespoons shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 blood orange; sliced into rounds
  • Dressing of choice

Instructions

  1. Wash salad greens and place into a salad bowl.
  2. Top with red onion and blood oranges.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with your favorite dressing.

Notes

  • Olive and vinegar is my favorite over this salad.
