Blood orange salad topped with red onions and parmesan cheese.
- 1 cup red leaf lettuce; washed
- 1 red onion; sliced one round
- 2 tablespoons shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 blood orange; sliced into rounds
- Dressing of choice
- Wash salad greens and place into a salad bowl.
- Top with red onion and blood oranges.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top with your favorite dressing.
- Olive and vinegar is my favorite over this salad.
