Autumn Apple Rum Punch
Autumn apple rum punch is perfect to serve at any fall dinner party. Great at Thanksgiving for a fun and festive drink to accompany a fantastic dinner.
Made with fresh granny smith apples and pink lady apples. If making this punch in the fall use honey crisp apples. Pink lady apples are a winter apple.
The punch is pretty simple. Made with orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, and rum. Apple cider can also be used in place of apple juice.
First start by slicing the pink lady apples. This can be replaced with any red apple that is desired.
Second slice the granny smith apples. The granny smith apples add some sour and tart. I don’t suggest replacing this apple.
Third slice the bartlett pears. Place the pears and apples into a glass pitcher. I like to use glass as it shows how pretty the drink is through the glass pitcher.
Pour in the apple juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Stir in some silver rum. I don’t suggest coconut rum or spiced rum in this punch. I like the flavors best with silver rum.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve. If you plan to not serve the punch right away then place the apples and pears in lemon juice before making the punch. This will help with browning.
Serve this Autumn apple rum punch up at Thanksgiving as an adult drink. Remove the rum to make it alcohol free. Just remember to drink responsibly.
Serve this apple punch for a formal dining party or a fall setting outside. It’s a very versatile rum punch. I like to pour this into glasses with a wide mouth allowing apples and pears into the cup.
